Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in Sales, Revenue Generation, Business Development, Commercial or Growth. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue growth strategies across multiple channels. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Passion for environmental conservation and alignment with Coral Gardeners' mission. • Familiarity with fundraising, corporate partnerships, and eco-tourism is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong problem-solving mindset. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
