β€’ EvenUp is on a mission to support injury law firms across America. β€’ As Director of Revenue Enablement, you will launch and lead the Revenue Enablement function. β€’ Collaborate closely with GTM and cross-functional leadership to develop processes and tools. β€’ A data-driven approach will be essential in optimizing strategies for effectiveness.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment β€’ Experience building training and enablement programs from scratch β€’ History of driving bottom line results through enablement and training β€’ Experience building and managing a team of revenue enablement professionals β€’ Tech savvy and up-to-date with virtual learning and development technologies β€’ Strong knowledge of instructional design and performance enhancement in a fully remote environment
