• Lead operational oversight and strategy for DaVita's revenue cycle team • Optimize and grow yield • Implement technology solutions to reduce waste and improve controls • Develop goals and strategies for upcoming industry changes • Coach, motivate and develop teammates • Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required • Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives • Strong knowledge and experienced practice with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes
