Description

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations. • Design and deploy systems for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting. • Own and optimize the tech stack, ensuring seamless flow of data across systems. • Lead the creation of sales enablement programs for the sales team. • Partner with Sales, HR, and Finance to create incentive programs and manage commission structures. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights. • Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606), and subscription-based pricing strategies. • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. • Advanced analytical skills, experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
