• Lead advanced data analysis to uncover key insights and business trends. • Implement advanced predictive analytics tools and techniques to improve revenue forecasting accuracy. • Design and maintain complex business intelligence reports for senior leadership. • Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies. • Spearhead initiatives to standardize reporting and streamline data management processes. • Oversee data governance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems. • Act as a senior liaison with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. • Build and maintain complex data integrations across internal and external systems. • Develop advanced models to evaluate market potential and optimize territory structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline (and/or 8+ years’ equivalent work experience) is required. • Relevant data analytics or Salesforce certifications are a plus. • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, or business intelligence within a sales or marketing environment. • Proven track record of implementing large-scale data-driven projects.
