• Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and reports for leadership to drive strategic decision-making. • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales goals. • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition strategies. • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, compensation plans, and quota attainment tracking. • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor the health of the sales organization. • Streamline and optimize the sales processes, including CRM management, sales cycle efficiency, and sales team performance. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve team performance and effectiveness. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales funnel. • Support the leadership team in setting sales targets and aligning operational goals with the company’s broader business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms, and Excel • Proven experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analysis • Strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue recognition principles • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States
