•About Replate: Replate is a mission-driven organization dedicated to reducing food waste and combating food insecurity. •Job Overview: Seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth initiatives. •Responsible for revamping and creating a cohesive revenue strategy aiming to double earned revenue.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. •Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles. •Proven track record of doubling revenue or achieving significant sales growth. •Strong experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. •Excellent leadership and team management skills. •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work collaboratively across departments. •Passion for social impact, sustainability, and Replate's mission.
