Description

• ensure your team of 4-6 engineers is building great systems and operating them reliably • design and implement technically challenging and critical components • build the team by mentoring, interviewing, and contributing to performance reviews • develop vision based on client needs and technical expertise • represent the team from a technical perspective • knowledge of engineering best practices • familiarity with a range of technologies and capacity to learn new ones quickly • ability to conduct patient, pragmatic code and design reviews • clear verbal and written communication • organized, practical, and dependable • growth-oriented mindset • intrinsic motivation to learn, grow, and do great work • kindness • grit / perseverance / resilience

Requirements

• Due to contractual obligations, we are only accepting candidates who are located in and authorized to work in the United States • have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years • have at least seven years of professional experience
