📋 Description

• Corcept is leading the way in the research and development of cortisol modulators • Ensuring patient access to Corcept’s oncology therapies • Leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Driving patient-centric programs, impacting patient outcomes • Developing overall access marketing and patient support strategy for oncology portfolio • Collaborating with senior leadership to align access initiatives with corporate goals • Partnering with market access leadership to develop payer coverage strategy • Creating resources to communicate payer coverage to HCPs and patients • Supporting account team partnerships with oncology trade organizations • Analyzing product volume, trends, and growth for assigned accounts • Measuring program effectiveness and improving patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading access marketing and patient teams in oncology • Strategic mindset and patient-centric approach to the business • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience launching oral oncology therapies in the community oncology setting with a focus on driving results and meeting or exceeding objectives • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and lead teams to meet objectives and drive results within agreed-upon timelines • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to engage at all levels of the organization including C-Suite level relationships • Working knowledge of US healthcare policies and relevant legal, compliance, regulatory and reporting requirements • Some travel required, including trips to Corcept headquarters (25%)
