Description
• Execute day-to-day functions of the Accounting department, managing accounts payable and receivable. • Responsible for assigned parts of the month-end close process. • Manage vendor relationships, record and code invoices, and execute vendor payments. • Accurately bill clients and follow up with delinquent clients. • Posting cash transactions and reconciling bank accounts. • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for assigned GL accounts. • Help maintain a system of internal controls and documentation of accounting policies. • Perform variance analysis and assist with financial, tax, and bank audits. • Work in a variety of ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting. • Minimum of two years of experience that demonstrate substantial knowledge and the ability to perform the specific job functions. • Ideally located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone. • Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus. • CPA certification and experience in SaaS companies are preferred. • Public accounting or public company experience is a plus. • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. • Communicates clearly and concisely. • Conscientious, with a high sense of duty. • Able to establish and maintain priorities. • Skilled in verifying the accuracy and completeness of forms and reports. • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Works well under minimal supervision.
