Description

• The Senior Corporate Real Estate Analyst is responsible for leading operational processes and projects for a 200+ property real estate portfolio. • Collaborate with business unit partners, legal and service providers to manage lease evaluations, negotiations, and renewals. • Manage supplier partner relationships to ensure successful implementation of portfolio strategies. • Act as liaison with operating teams and landlords on lease matters. • Prepare information packages and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. • Monitor real estate trends and market conditions for strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administration. • 5-7 years of relevant experience; direct experience in corporate real estate preferred. • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; experience with financial modeling is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required; PMP certification a plus.
