• Help manage multiple client engagements • Participate in C-level client facing interactions • Design and administer leadership assessments • Analyze assessment results and prepare reports • Provide project management oversight • Conduct market analysis and data gathering • Grow into an executive coach/advisor

Requirements

• Substantial (8+ years) professional services experience • Leadership consulting, executive search, or operating consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree and graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD) • Strong project management and client management skills • Expertise in Executive Assessment and Coaching • Proven ability to drive client acquisition and retention • Experience in the Private Equity (PE) space • Strong research, communication, and execution skills • Analytic and critical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills • High level of initiative and responsibility
