• Substantial (8+ years) professional services or leadership consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree and graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD) • Strong project management and client management skills • Demonstrated expertise in Executive Assessment and Coaching • Proven ability to drive client acquisition and retention • Experience working in the Private Equity (PE) space • Proven skills in research, communication, and execution • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills • High level of initiative and responsibility
