• Responsible for managing concurrent client engagements • Support across all service lines for TMG Partners • Participate in C-level client interactions • Drive business development efforts • Design and administer leadership assessments • Analyze assessment results • Prepare assessment reports with recommendations • Provide project management oversight • Support development of intellectual capital • Conduct research and market analysis • Analyze and compile reports for executive development

Requirements

• Substantial (8+ years) professional services or leadership consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree and graduate degree preferred (MBA, JD) • Strong project management and client management skills • Demonstrated expertise in Executive Assessment and Coaching • Proven ability to drive client acquisition and retention • Experience working in the Private Equity (PE) space • Proven skills in research, communication, and execution • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills • High level of initiative and responsibility
