Description

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for decarbonization consulting projects • Be a trusted advisor for clients providing pragmatic advice based on data and analysis • Oversee all aspects of multiple projects including technical research and client engagement • Ensure high-quality deliverables, including reports and presentations • Supervise and support professional development of internal team members • Contribute to business development and proposal writing • Contribute to internal strategic planning and operations support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field(s) is required • 12+ years relevant experience • Consulting experience and mindset • Ability to learn and apply new skills across interdisciplinary fields • Highest ethical standards • Project management • Staff supervision track record • Ability to collaborate well with people at all levels within an organization • Great initiative, creativity, and curiosity • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail • Confidence, enthusiasm, humility, and discretion • Willingness for periodic travel • Experience related to national, state, and local building codes • Experience related to national and state appliance standards, test procedures, and specifications • Experience related to building performance standards • Experience related to one or more specified categories
