Description

• Lead NetSuite's administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement, particularly for inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and financial integrations. • Oversee Salesforce's development, customization, and integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes and improve system performance. • Manage and mentor a team of business systems analysts and administrators, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment. • Drive the development and execution of system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader strategies. • Monitor system performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices for system security and uptime. • Lead and manage projects related to system implementations, enhancements, and migrations, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management. • Provide executive-level reporting on system performance, project progress, and critical metrics.

Requirements

• Experience managing business systems with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce. • Extensive experience with NetSuite, specifically in inventory management, financial modules, and integrations with third-party systems. • Strong background in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration with other business systems. • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead a cross-functional team. • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives. • Experience in the venture-backed/startup/tech space, with a track record of being agile.
