Description

• Manage CCaaS product mix and be the subject matter expert (SME). • Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap. • Conduct market analysis for CCaaS opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sales efficiency. • Engage with customers for feedback and insights. • Establish KPIs for product success monitoring.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 8+ years experience in Product Management, OR MS with 6+ years, OR Ph.D. with 3+ years, OR 12+ years without degree. • Experience with AIPMM Product Management Lifecycle. • Proficient with Excel for volume forecasting and data analysis. • Strong understanding of KPIs, financial drivers, and margin models. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
