Description

• The Lead Engineering Project/Program Manager plans, organizes, secures, and manages resources, • Leads complex projects/programs with minimal supervision, • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies, • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks, • Develops and maintains relationships with new customer contacts.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 5 years’ experience in an MSP industry, • Additional 5 years’ experience as a technical PM, • Industry certifications applicable to cloud and network services as well as project management strongly desired, • Experience in IaaS, BaaS, DaaS. • Proficient in MS Office, a CRM such as SalesForce, and PM tools.
