• Join a leading research and advisory firm in staffing and workforce solutions • Support North American council members, including membership sales and renewals • Manage existing portfolio of SIA Contingent Workforce Strategy Council members • Drive renewals and provide advisory services to current members • Responsible for meeting logistics and invitations • Attend conferences for SIA’s thought leadership • Draft original content as directed by the VP, CWS Council • Partner with CCWP team on methodologies and tools

Requirements

• 8+ years of Contingent Workforce Program Management experience or talent acquisition at the Enterprise level • Expert-level understanding of the contingent workforce solutions ecosystem and best practices • Experienced with sales, strategic planning, and managing strategic client relationships • Outstanding analytical/problem-solving skills • Strong leadership skills with collaboration abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Comfort with public speaking • Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to travel (30% travel)
