• Cranial Technologies is the only company dedicated to plagiocephaly treatment. • Build rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies over the phone. • Educate families about evaluation appointments, treatment processes, and insurance processes. • Maintain excellent customer service while expediting processes for families. • Train on unique processes specific to Cranial Technologies.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years’ customer service or related experience • 1 – 2 years’ experience with computer software • Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and human relations skills • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds • Proactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner • Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers. • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage individual workload.
