Description

• You plan, develop, and optimize Paid Social campaigns and strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. • You carefully analyze the performance of Paid Social campaigns and evaluate performance-related KPIs. • You prepare accurate reports and present results internally and to clients. • You continuously optimize campaigns and ensure quality control to meet defined client goals. • You identify commonalities between Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and transfer learnings between channels. • You enhance ad efficiency through researching test opportunities, exploring new tools, and studying market trends.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. • You bring at least 2 years of experience specifically in Paid Social Advertising. • Proven track record of managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Strong understanding of the Paid Social landscape, from audience targeting and creative strategy to platform nuances. • Familiar with Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC) and can leverage insights across both Paid Social and Paid Search. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel. • Experience analyzing data to generate actionable insights. • Strong communication skills in English. • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
