• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. • Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Events, and Editorial, to ensure cohesive messaging. • Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide detailed analysis and actionable insights. • Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with brand guidelines. • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Additional coursework or certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or project management are a plus. • Experience: 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on North American markets. • Internships or part-time roles are considered valuable experience. • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector or B2B publishing is advantageous but optional. • Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including content scheduling, analytics, and best practices for content creation and engagement. • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience with data-driven marketing. • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. • Solid knowledge of WordPress, Canva, MS Office, and MailChimp, and an affinity for new technologies. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external stakeholders. • Fluency in English. Other languages will be viewed favorably.
