• Kwanso is a custom software development shop. We have delivered for well-funded silicon valley startups, Fortune 100 brands and small & medium enterprises. We build web and mobile application using modern technology stacks. We have worked for Y Combinator startups and brands like Whirlpool, Sears & UFC. We have experience of developing applications for various industry verticals, including healthcare, e-commerce, retail, finance and internal business applications. • The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving leads through inbound marketing campaigns and improving the company’s online presence. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share • Research and identify key decision makers within target organizations • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations • Negotiate and close deals • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Kwanso’s products and services • Accurately forecast sales and develop plans to meet/exceed quotas • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Knowledge of software development and custom software solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
