β€’ Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat β€’ Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients β€’ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department β€’ Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions β€’ Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution β€’ Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team

Requirements

β€’ Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) β€’ 2+ years of experience in a customer support role β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
