Description

β€’ Act as the first point of contact for customers β€’ Blend technical expertise with customer service to support fire safety operations β€’ Perform Tier 1 Troubleshooting with customers β€’ Escalate Tier 2+ Cases to FST Engineers β€’ Support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field β€’ Education and/or experience in technical troubleshooting, electrical systems or fire safety is an advantage β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ A strong team player with the flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules β€’ Proven troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
