β€’ Efficiently and accurately handle calls and assist consumers in building a better financial future β€’ Provide personalized solutions to their concerns β€’ Remove barriers to help them make on time payments β€’ Effectively educate customers on self-service options β€’ Provide exceptional customer service during every phone call β€’ Document account notes clearly and efficiently

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED β€’ Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish β€’ High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbph download speed β€’ Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred) β€’ Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred) β€’ Excellent communication skills (preferred)
