Description

• Support Specialists assist customers with R365 software operations and communications • Prompt customers for necessary information • Reach out via phone and screen share • Identify and deliver solutions to problems • Help customers understand software operations • Route issues to appropriate teams • Diagnose and document software defects • Participate in live chats and manage tickets • Identify gaps in self-help documentation • Train and mentor new team members • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business and / or finance and / or accounting preferred • Restaurant industry experience • Strong understanding of general business principles • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong customer service skills • Clear and effective oral and written communication • Strong grasp of software and internet technologies
