🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in strategic operational roles (marketing operations, product marketing, revenue ops, or analytics), ideally within a global and cross-functional environment. • 5+ years specifically in marketing operations, with demonstrated success in lead lifecycle management, data integrity, technology integrations, and funnel optimization. • 5+ years managing Hubspot (or a similar marketing automation platform) and Salesforce CRM; advanced proficiency in configuring, integrating, and optimizing these tools. • Expertise in demand generation, funnel metrics, marketing attribution, and closed-loop reporting. • Strategic problem solver with exceptional project management and influencing skills; proven ability to lead complex initiatives and communicate effectively at all org levels. • Deep understanding of database structures, data hygiene, and analytics best practices.
