📋 Description
• Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center. • Our platform combines the best of AI and human intelligence to help contact centers discover customer insights and behavioral best practices, automate conversations and inefficient processes, and empower every team member to work smarter and faster. • You will focus on Large ARR deals, identifying and articulating how Cresta can unlock significant value for our customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level • Experience negotiating, structuring and executing complex enterprise-level agreements • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives • Ability to travel up to 50%
