• Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center. • In this role, you will be at the forefront of our partner go-to-market strategy, connecting Cresta’s AI-powered platform with partners such as Five9, Accenture, and Google. • You'll lead with strong soft skills and technical fluency, helping prospects understand the joint value of Cresta and partners. • Deliver impactful presentations and tailor messaging to show how our technologies solve real-world business problems. • Gather feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and influence our services strategy.
• 10+ years in a customer-facing role, with at least 5+ years in technical pre-sales at a high-growth SaaS or AI company • Experience working with or selling into partner ecosystems (e.g., GSI, BPO, and CCaaS) • Proven ability to communicate with executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex ideas into business value • Resourceful, scrappy mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and adapting to shifting priorities • Passion for storytelling, collaboration, and delivering value beyond a single product view • Highly organized, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (or willing to work primarily in those hours)
