• Lead late-stage development program and product lifecycle management • Oversee strategic planning and resource management across multiple functions • Ensure regulatory filing readiness and commercial launch activities • Act as primary point of contact for CEO and executive leadership • Drive team objective and goal setting, prioritization and adherence to strategic plans
• Bachelor’s degree in a science related field • PhD., MD, MPH, MS, or other advanced degree in scientific field preferred • Minimum of 12 years related experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry • 8 years of demonstrated supervisory experience • Strong understanding of comprehensive drug development process • Demonstrated cross functional ability to lead • Ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively lead diverse groups • Proactive and strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills • Excellent business acumen • Proven ability to successfully lead and manage effectively across a matrix organization • Strong leadership and communication skills • Highly collaborative with outstanding relationship building skills • Highly self-motivated and results-driven • Demonstrates a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
