Description

• Lead, plan, and execute the HEOR research program for CAH. • Focus on strategic planning and team alignment. • Provide leadership, career management, coaching, and mentoring. • Develop economic evaluations and publications based on HEOR and RWE studies. • Collaborate with partners to develop value dossiers.

Requirements

• Advanced degree related to health economics and/or health outcomes research (MSc, MPH, PhD, PharmD, RN, MD) • Minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical/consulting HEOR experience • Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role • Preferred breadth of experience to include PRO development, statistical analysis, and observational research • Ability to impact, influence, and interact with senior business leaders and partners • Demonstrable success in employing innovative techniques to overcome data limitations • Excellent analytical skills, including in-depth technical expertise in economic modeling • Experience of exceptional collaboration with other functions (e.g., biometrics, clinical research) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over departmental and geographical boundaries • Ability to lead, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams • Flexible, adaptable, diplomatic, and able to effectively deal with ambiguity
