Description

• Drive lead clinical candidate for ADPKD and other indications through IND enabling studies and trials • Develop and execute a development plan and budget for lead candidate • Innovate new approaches to product management and drug development • Assemble and lead a team of experts for ADPKD candidate • Serve as a thought partner to maintain an entrepreneurial culture • Ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic coherence

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MBA) in life sciences, business, or related field • Minimum of 13 years of drug development experience • Significant experience in entrepreneurial or leadership roles • Proven success in moving early-stage drug programs through phase 2/proof of concept • Deep passion for making a life-changing difference for patients with rare diseases • Creative thinking in leading drug development programs • Proven ability to secure funding and manage partnerships • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate and influence complex internal and external environments • Strong commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial culture
