Requirements

• 4-6+ years of previous work experience, particularly in community, customer success, customer support, program management, or project management • 2-4+ years of experience in community programs management, including program design, implementation, and evaluation, preferably in a volunteer-based community or non-profit organization • Proven track record of successfully managing complex community programs and initiatives • Strong understanding of current trends in community engagement • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders • Proficiency in using community platforms, such as Higher Logic Vanilla, Gainsight, etc. • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
