🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing sales with success growing revenue β€’ Ability to Travel 30% β€’ Previous experience in the PV industry will be a significant advantage. β€’ A knowledge of Utility scale and community solar is an added plus β€’ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product offering β€’ An ability to communicate product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms β€’ Proven track record of identifying, negotiating and closing large revenue deals β€’ Ability to identify, prospect and convert new accounts β€’ Demonstrated success in operating effectively in a fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment β€’ Possesses a distinct customer service focus with demonstratable skills in handling complex customer issues β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong understanding of the North American utility scale and community solar energy market β€’ Strategic thinker who is a self-starter and can drive results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market β€’ A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude
