Description

β€’ The Director of Demand Generation will develop and execute programs that generate high-quality leads. β€’ Own the demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. β€’ Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. β€’ Ensure alignment with sales and product teams for effective execution. β€’ Develop account-based marketing strategies for high-value accounts. β€’ Partner with Revenue Operations to track and analyze KPIs. β€’ Leverage tools such as Salesforce and other Martech solutions. β€’ Work closely with product marketing to align messaging with audience needs. β€’ Own and manage the demand generation budget.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a SaaS B2B environment. β€’ Expertise in ABM strategies, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation. β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis. β€’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools. β€’ Experience managing and building reports in Salesforce.
