Want to build something meaningful and lead a category? • Do you genuinely understand and care about your buyers (especially if they’re engineers)? • Are you passionate about the digital marketing space, driven by results, and ready to challenge the norm? • We’re looking for a Demand Generation Director to take charge of growing Jellyfish’s inbound demand. • You’ll lead the way in optimizing our digital channels—everything from web strategy and analytics to paid ads and SEO. • You’ll report to our Head of Revenue Marketing and join a collaborative, results-oriented team that knows how to work hard and have fun. • Bring your expertise, passion for making an impact, and a sense of humor—we like to keep things real around here. • Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Marketing, MOPs and GTM leadership on the design and optimization of our internal marketing systems, including attribution, MQL scoring, lead follow-up, and more. • Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, design and web development to ensure our website experience aligns with brand & performance goals. • Oversee an annual budget spanning paid search, paid social, content syndication, podcast ads, and new channel testing. • Regularly analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, & other metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and solve challenges creatively.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of demand gen / digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, particularly for post Series B companies & with a technical/engineering audience. • Strong organizational & leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and initiatives. • Manage multiple projects & prioritize effectively; move quickly while maintaining quality execution. • Operate independently & solve problems proactively while aligning with broader marketing strategy & goals. • Strong aptitude for interpreting performance data to unlock insights about our market, business, channels & campaigns. • Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, A/B testing & personalization tools, Salesforce, Marketo.
