Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript in a professional environment. • 2+ years of direct people management experience (i.e. you were responsible for hiring, performance reviews, promotions, handling terminations) • Critical thinking—you can analyze a problem, craft a solution, and love iterating on your own processes. • Attention to detail—you have high attention to visual detail, can interpret specifications, can communicate detailed instructions, and leave no edge case unattended. • Experience successfully developing solutions to novel problems with the ability to clearly articulate and gain buy-in for such solutions from both client and internal stakeholders. • An expert collaborator and effective communicator. • Experience with A/B/n tests or with leading testing platforms such as Optimizely, Convert, VWO, etc. is a plus. • Agency experience is a plus.
