• Responsible for operating and scaling Dagster+ and internal developer tooling • Lead scalability efforts, maintain product performance, and improve internal tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience • 5+ years platform and infra engineering management experience • Highly effective leader among senior engineers • Experience leading and managing managers • Highly effective people manager • Highly effective project manager • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong collaborator and coordinator • Experience in a high-functioning engineering organization working on large-scale distributed systems or B2B SaaS applications
