Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. • 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager, successfully leading product teams and mentoring engineers at various stages of their careers. • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with senior engineers, stakeholders, and peers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in articulating and defending technical and strategic viewpoints. • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of running efficient teams and fostering a culture of continuous process improvement. • Experience in a high-performing engineering organization, particularly with large-scale distributed systems or B2B SaaS applications. • Experience maintaining open-source libraries. • Prior experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, data scientist, or building data pipelines. • Experience working in the data engineering or devtools industry.
