• About PrePass: PrePass® is North America's most trusted weigh station bypass and toll management platform. • Position Summary: PrePass is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering robust, scalable solutions. • Responsibilities: Team leadership, integration architecture and strategy, technical execution, collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in enterprise system integration, including hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure Integration Services, ERP systems, and CRM systems. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and object-oriented programming. Expertise in API development, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for Azure. Experience with middleware tools and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Leadership Skills: Strong track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
