β€’ Advise and guide platform users to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of product. β€’ Establish strong relationships with customer leaders to integrate Crossbeam into their strategy. β€’ Develop customer-facing Success Plans outlining objectives and strategies. β€’ Coach and educate customers on best practices for successful use of Crossbeam. β€’ Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

β€’ Customer success experience at a fast-paced, high-growth international SaaS company. β€’ At least 5 years experience as a customer success manager at a SaaS company. β€’ Data driven individual experienced in reporting on metrics and understanding key KPIs.
