Description

• Responsible for providing guidance to all corporate employees. • Answering “how-to” questions and providing advanced guidance on loan origination systems. • Solving technical issues related to mortgage systems. • Create procedures for leveraging support resources and develop self-help documentation. • Central point of contact for all corporate departments in need of assistance with lending activities. • Collaborate with subject matter experts in Underwriting, Closing, Secondary, Compliance, IT, and other departments.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities, loan programs, and regulatory requirements. • Experience in a mortgage operations role. • Experience using Encompass360 Banker’s Edition. • Knowledge of verification, credit, appraisal, title, pricing, and automated underwriting services (AUS) as they relate to mortgage origination and operations. • Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities, loan programs, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
