Description

• Crossfuze is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team. • Provide business and solutions consultancy to our clients and prospects. • Perform pre-sales support calls by attending client meetings. • Gather requirements and design a technical solution for successful project delivery. • Provide cost estimates with regard to time and resources. • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the delivery team as projects kick off. • Help sales team successfully close business and recommend realistic solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent technical / business qualification through experience • 3+ year of sales or pre-sales experience • 5+ years of functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation • Strong technical capabilities to envision and architect complex software solutions within the ServiceNow platform • Required experience: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ITIL v3 or v4 certification • Preferred experience: • Experience with other ITSM tools including but not limited to: • BMC Remedy, Cherwell, CA Service Desk, HP Service Manager • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, ODBC/JDBC, etc.
