Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including commercial, securities and class action litigation. • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to provide strategic litigation advice. • Collaborate with and manage outside counsel on litigation strategy. • Represent CrowdStrike externally at depositions and attend hearings and meetings. • Advise on and manage pre-litigation disputes. • Conduct internal investigations related to corporate governance, securities issues, and compliance. • Assist internal stakeholders and work with outside counsel in matters relating to government inquiries. • Report to senior leadership on key litigation developments and risk management strategies. • Manage outside counsel effectively to ensure high-quality legal services and cost management. • Stay updated on litigation trends and emerging risks relevant to CrowdStrike.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant legal experience • Broad experience and a proven track record of managing and resolving complex litigation • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business goals • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar • (Bonus Points) Experience in the cybersecurity industry • (Bonus Points) Experience managing internal legal teams • (Bonus Points) Experience with securities and derivative litigation • (Bonus Points) Experience with class action litigation
