• CrowdStrike is looking for a Program Manager to join our Global PMO team. • In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leadership, business owners and sponsors to deliver systems, process and application solutions to meet business needs. • As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of enterprise and cross functional projects utilizing your mastery of project management processes and experience to deliver exceptional quality. • Specifically, we are looking for an individual with demonstrable experience with incident response and problem management process. • You will manage multiple extremely complex, concurrent and cross-functional projects/programs to deliver the desired outcomes. • You are always looking for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large projects with 5+ years’ experience in large enterprise system implementations and major initiatives • Delivery of programs in the assigned vertical and related projects in a rapidly growing environment • Proven expertise in developing, implementing and maintaining business continuity, disaster recovery and resiliency plans. • Deep understanding of digital systems, cloud infrastructure, and network operations. • Familiarity with monitoring tools, automation, and other technologies used in tracking system health, identifying anomalies, and ensuring operational uptime. • Excellent understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) • 5+ years of experience facilitating the capture and documentation of business requirements leading the project stakeholders and team • Demonstrable experience with Organizational Change Management and Adoption • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership • Ability to manage entropy • Passion for creating a frictionless and supportive project management experience • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario • Knowledge and experience using project management tools, ServiceNow PPM preferred • Ability to “see around the corner” and identify program/project risks • Desire to put a lasting mark in the design of a world class PMO
