📋 Description

• CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Federal IT Operations Team, focusing on ensuring reliability, scalability, and security within GovCloud environments. • This role will involve automating infrastructure, improving system resilience, and maintaining compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD IL 4/5 frameworks. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, observability, automation, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management while maintaining Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • 5-7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles. • Experience managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or AWS WorkSpaces. • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud (Azure/GCP is a plus). • Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk). • Expertise in IAM and PAM solutions such as Okta, CyberArk, or AWS IAM. • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD IL 4/5 compliance standards. • Hands-on experience with VDI management, performance tuning, and security hardening. • Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Security Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or VMware Certified Professional - Desktop Management (VCP-DTM)
