• Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems • Provide level one application production support to internal users for the trading, data processing, and IT operations • Perform system operation and administration tasks, including checking and monitor multiple systems performance on a daily basis • Work closely with internal users to investigate and resolve production system issues, and communicate system enhancement /bug fix requirements to multiple engineering team
• 3 to 10 yrs of relevant IT experience (Production Support, Release Support, Technical Implementation or equivalent). Trading System knowledge is plus. • Technical Skills: Working experience in Operating System Unix/Linux and Windows including scripting knowledge in Bash or Python. Experience in database technologies (Oracle, MySQL or equivalent) and queries to support incident investigation. Cloud Technology knowledge is plus. • Exposure to monitoring, visualization and scheduling tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace or similar utilities. Contribute to automation, suggest ideas for enhancing application monitoring. • Strong incident handling & troubleshooting skills, ensure SLAs are met and escalate issues which require attention. Preferred Knowledge of ITIL best practices and process management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Ability to communicate with all lines of Business and Stakeholders. Has sense of urgency and understands the Business criticality and impact. • Be part of IT production support team providing front-line technical support to end users responding to queries, request and issues in timely manner. Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Testing and other interfacing team to provide best service quality to end user. • Open to late shift, night shifts covering US Business hours, and weekend support.
• Training will be provided in Business area and technology as required.
