β’ Experience selling across the entire North America region with a key focus on the US. β’ Preferably experience in crypto/blockchain compliance, the SaaS industry, or within the FinTech or Regtech Industry. β’ Preferably experience and knowledge of selling services to AML and compliance teams in the financial services sector, including exchanges, fintechs, institutional, payments, or banking sectors. β’ Plus four years of relevant professional experience or transferrable skills, e.g. Experience in Sales Development or Business Development. β’ Experience in commission sales (technical or non-technical). β’ High contact customer-facing roles requiring quick thinking and diplomacy. β’ Hands-on experience with CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a plus). β’ Ability to build professional rapport by telephone with prospects at the Executive or C level. β’ High energy, growth mindset, and focus on exceeding sales plans. β’ Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills are required. β’ High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking. β’ Spanish language is a plus. β’ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills. β’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools. β’ An energetic and positive personality with a curiosity to learn and grow. β’ A passion for winning and a desire for a career in sales. β’ Creativity. β’ Grit. β’ Customer focus.
