• Serve as a liaison between ASL Now Business Development and the Marketing Division of CSD. • Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for ASL Now. • Develop and oversee marketing initiatives to support ASL Now’s growth. • Coordinate marketing initiatives with the Marketing team for optimal success. • Collaborate to create campaigns that build awareness and engagement. • Oversee the marketing budget for ASL Now Business Development. • Produce engaging content that meets quality and brand standards. • Represent ASL Now at marketing and business development meetings. • Monitor market trends to identify marketing opportunities. • Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for leadership. • Conduct research and gather data for marketing presentations and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or relevant work experience (Required) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in business development or a similar liaison role. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO. • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver high ROI on campaigns. • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across different departments and levels of an organization. • Familiarity with the Deaf community, ASL, and CSD’s mission is highly preferred. • Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) (Preferred)
