• Oversee technical onboarding and integration of channel partners to payment platform. • Develop and maintain implementation documentation. • Provide ongoing technical support during and after implementation process. • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for implementations. • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to enhance the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementations, or related roles. • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and related technologies. • Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
