Description

• Manage and own the success of current and new customers. • Help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, product adoption and retention. • Responsible for an individual Book of Business focused on customer payment survival in their first three months. • Handle inbound cancellation requests via queue for all customers. • Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader.

Requirements

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • Exceptional leadership skills - a demonstrated desire to “own it” • A quick and flexible learner with a motivated and positive work ethic • History of success in reaching goals • Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching • Have a motivated and positive work ethic • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • A committed and flexible attitude to the job • Ability to solve problems as they arise • Focused, reliable and proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment • Value personal growth and self-development – demonstrate a growth mindset • The ability to support a temporary remote work from home situation
