Description

β€’ Manage and own the success of current and new customers. β€’ Help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, product adoption and retention. β€’ Responsible for an individual Book of Business focused on customer payment survival in their first three months. β€’ Handle inbound cancellation requests via queue for all customers. β€’ Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to maintain high customer satisfaction. β€’ Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers. β€’ Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader.

Requirements
